The Legionaries of Christ are a religious order of Pontifical Rite and part of the Regnum Christi spiritual family. Together with Regnum Christi members—Consecrated Women and Men, lay women, men, and families—we actively support the Catholic Church and strive to live with Christ’s courage, love, and zeal.
 
Each year, we engage thousands of lives in cities and parishes across the U.S. As we prayerfully observe the world around us, our goal is to introduce Christ into the culture in innovative and entrepreneurial ways—supporting individuals and communities as they journey to develop a relationship with Him, deepen their faith, discover their God-given purpose and mission in life, and inspire those around them.

Every day, our 160 Legionaries of Christ priests serve tirelessly to bring the love of God to thousands across the United States, transforming our culture. By supporting the Mission Fund, you help us:

Support Our Seminarians

Answering God's Call

We are blessed to have more than 50 young men in our Cheshire, CT, seminary preparing for the priesthood. Seminarians spend four years in formation and studies at our accredited college—the first two years as Novices, and the second two as Humanists (studying the Humanities). Humanists receive an associate’s degree in the Humanities before going on to further studies in philosophy and theology in Rome.

The cost of an annual scholarship for each seminarian is $52,500, which includes education, food, housing, medical care, clothing, and travel. In total, our seminarians receive 12 years of educational and spiritual formation. Through your generous support of our future priests, you are investing in the sacramental life of people for generations to come.

Join us in our mission as we seek young men who are open to hearing Jesus’ call to the priesthood. With your support, we can continue our outreach through “Test Your Call” retreats, vocation trade shows, college campus ministry, our Aspirancy Program, and more.

Sacred Heart

Apostolic School

Sacred Heart Apostolic School is an accredited, college-prep high school for young men who have an openness to the priesthood with the Legionaries of Christ. With your support, we can provide the spiritual, intellectual, apostolic, and human needs of our students, allowing them to freely discover their God-given talents, gifts, and mission in an environment where they can explore how God is calling them. Your investment in our students also helps fill the gap between the actual cost of tuition and what a family can realistically pay toward this cost.
